The inspiration for the Care Assistant Red Diamonds jewellery came during my visit to a Community College to meet with students taking the CCA program during the Spring of 2008. This program fortunately has expanded and is available in several different facilities where the staff are dedicated to providing excellence in care through the power of education. 

The Care Assistant is a compassionate Caregiver and Advocate, representing the heartfelt compassionate care obtained through the power of education. The Care Assistant is the lifeline to the client's care, the invaluable caregiver directly at the side of the client, ensuring safety, that needs are respectfully met and a sense of calm surrounds them.
